RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Firm Heritage, every product is made to order just for you. Because our items are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at firmheritagefaith@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
